BOOKING & ADMIN FEE

To secure your appointment, a 25% booking and administrative fee will be charged. This fee will be deducted from your consultation fee at the time of your appointment.

Please note that this fee is non-refundable if the "Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy" has not been followed accordingly.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

To ensure a smooth scheduling process, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 9 am on a Friday, any changes must be made before 9 am on the preceding Thursday.
Failure to provide adequate notice or not showing up to your scheduled appointment, may result in a charge of up to the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

This policy is in place to maximize the availability of appointments for other patients in need. We ask for your understanding, as some individuals may be in severe pain and require prompt and urgent treatment.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, necessitating last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. In such cases waiving of cancellation fees in these cases is at the discretion of the clinic manager).

LATE ARRIVALS

Please ensure you arrive to your appointment on time. Our practitioners maintain a busy schedule and cannot extend consultation times beyond their originally allocated slots.
